Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For outside financing, we offer Wells Fargo Preferred Customer Account, which gives patients 12 months interest-free. On accounts that we carry, we offer two months interest-free. After two months, interest will be charged. We require a down payment at the time of services if you choose to finance, but we prefer payment in full if possible.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We are preferred providers with Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, TDA, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Humana, Dental Select Platinum, DMBA, Educators Mutual, Principal, Guardian, PEHP, Prudential, United Health Care, United Concordia, Best Life, Core Source, Mutual of Omaha and Reliance.

We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
